The Carl Gustaf will continue to garner global acclaim, offering one of the French Caribbean’s finest dining experiences, served under the culinary direction of Executive Chef Emmanuel Motte, Victoria’s, the resort’s
signature dining outlet, is currently being completely redesigned and will reopen in 2008.
The gourmet eatery features new décor, an expanded kitchen, and other improved design details. The restaurant will feature beautifully presented dishes, each artistic and all prepared with the freshest ingredients possible, epitomizing fine French cuisine.

The resort Wine Cellar is among the best in the region, stocking more than 300 of the world’s most celebrated wines, champagnes, cognacs and more, and a treasured collection of “Old Rums” from different Caribbean islands.
