The above rates are quoted in EUROS, per week (7 nights), for 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms except summer rates that are quoted per night and for a minimum stay of 3 nights inclusive of complimentary full fridge with breakfast items for the first day, daily morning delivery of freshly made croissants and bread, welcome champagne upon arrival served in the villa, round trip airport transfers, free access to our fitness center, complimentary Wifi Internet access and service.
A supplement of 100 euros/night (over 10 years old) will be requested for any additional rollaway bed.
Minimum stay is:
- 10 nights over Christmas and New Year’s Eve period (December 20, 2010 to January 2, 2011 included)
- 7 nights over Winter season (January 3 to March 31, 2011 included)
- 3 nights over Summer season (May 1 to August 31, 2010 included)

Full prepayment is required at booking.
Cancellation policy
Deposit is refundable (less a 3% mandatory cancellation fee) if the reservation is cancelled (written cancellation notice is mandatory) no later than:
· 60 days prior to arrival over Christmas/New Year’s Eve period
· 30 days prior to arrival over Summer and Winter season
Should we receive a cancellation after entering these periods as well as in case of no-shows, late arrivals, early departures or cancellations, the deposit would be forfeited.

Cash, travellers checks, credits card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are accepted.
All law suits will be referred to the Court of Basse-Terre which will be the only Court of competent jurisdiction.
We strongly recommend a travel insurance policy in case of a cancellation.
Local government tax
From January 1, 2008, 5% local tax per night is charged upon check-out.
Annual closing
Please note that our restaurant Victoria's, Carl Gustaf Lounge and Boutique Spa by Carita will be closed from May 1 to November 4, 2010.
